Pete brings over 20 years of military leadership and operational experience to managing Intrinergy’s current facilities. He has successfully implemented Intrinergy’s operational philosophy based on continuous improvement and lean practices throughout the global enterprise, achieving reliability rates as high as 99%. Pete is also responsible for replicating Intrinergy’s proven best practices in all newly built or acquired facilities to achieve budgeted financial results, and has developed and trained a work force that earns its reputation for competence, quality, professionalism, and safety.
Before joining Intrinergy, Pete had a successful career in the US Army (Lt. Col, ret.) where he managed and led organizations as small as 16 employees to ones as large as 700 employees with budgets up to USD 60 million in a variety of locations around the world. Notably, Pete has also worked as a strategist for the Secretary of Defense and as a former White House Fellow served in the Executive Office of the President.
Pete has been recognized for excellence in workforce training, quality production, reliable maintenance management, and detailed supply accountability, throughout his professional career. Pete holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MPA from Harvard University, and an MBA from Touro University International.
