Matthew Holland has had a successful career in enterprise and operations management for industrial equipment and components businesses. Matt leads Intrinergy’s project development teams, which are responsible for all aspects of project design, permitting, construction, and commissioning. Matt also has overall responsibility for the operations of each of the company’s business units in North America, Latin American, and the Caribbean.
Prior to co-founding Intrinergy, Matt served as the Business Development Manager for one of the market leaders of process equipment in the energy and environmental services industry. Previously he worked as a Division General Manager for a specialized heat exchanger manufacturer, leading the business to new levels of performance in operational effectiveness, cost and quality.
Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
